1. What Charting Futures Is

Charting Futures is an independent trading education newsletter and community. All content — including market analysis, trade commentary, educational material, and community discussion — is produced for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing published here constitutes professional financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

2. Not a Financial Adviser

Allen Trades (the operator of Charting Futures) is not a registered broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or commodity trading adviser. No content in this newsletter or the associated Discord community is a substitute for personalised advice from a qualified, licensed professional. You should consult a licensed financial adviser before making any investment or trading decisions.

Free subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Substack’s payment infrastructure. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your Substack account settings; access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published in Charting Futures — including written analysis, trade frameworks, educational material, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Allen Trades. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written consent.

9. Community Standards

By joining the associated Discord community, you agree to the Charting Futures Discord Disclaimer and community rules. Content shared by community members represents personal opinions and experiences only — not advice from Charting Futures or Allen Trades.
